Gifted at the RDS: Our Biggest Irish Market of the Year

This week Treat Yo Self returns to Gifted at the RDS, Ireland’s biggest Christmas craft and design fair — and one of the most exciting weeks of the year for small Irish businesses like ours.

Last year was our very first time doing Gifted. We were brand new to the event world, nervous, hopeful, and honestly… we had no idea what to expect. We showed up with our little family team, a van full of sweets, and the mindset of “let’s just give it everything we have.”

And then the magic happened.

By the end of the weekend, we were completely sold out.
Every range. Every pouch. Every box.
Gone.

We remember standing at the stand on the Sunday evening, looking at the empty shelves, absolutely stunned. The buzz, the queues, the conversations, the kindness — Ireland showed up for us in a way we will never forget. It was one of those moments that reminds you why you keep pushing, even on the hard days. It gave Treat Yo Self a lift that carried us through the entire year.

Back Again — Bigger, Brighter, and Ready for Round Two

This year, we’re coming into Gifted with a whole new level of energy.

We’ve doubled our stock, expanded our gifting ranges, launched new packaging, and have more products on the shelves than ever before. Our stand is colourful, fun, and full of that TYS joy that people instantly connect with.

But more importantly — we’ve grown.
As a brand, as a family, and as a business.

We’ve learned how to run events efficiently, how to prepare for big trading weeks, how to create products people genuinely love gifting at Christmas, and how to build something meaningful from the ground up.

There is something really special about watching people walk up to the stand, smile at the packaging, and say, “Oh! I know these — my kids LOVE these!” or “We got your sweets last Christmas!”
That’s the kind of feedback that fills the tank.
