All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During busy periods, sales, seasons and/or holidays, we may experience much higher volumes and the processing time may be extended to allow us time to prepare all orders for shipping.
Domestic Shipping Rates
€5.99 Shipping Flat Rate up to 30kg in Ireland
We ship in Ireland via DPD and they operate a 2-3 day delivery timeframe from the time they collect from us. You can track your order using the tracking number provided by email to you when your order has been processed.
We can ship internationally on request. Please contact us for a shipping quote.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Treat Yo Self is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Pick Up Option
We have a free pick up option at selected times and days from Ratoath. You must select Pick Up at checkout and a pre arranged time and date must be confirmed with us.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
You can track your order anytime using the courier name and tracking number provided.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We cannot accept returns on our products for health, safety and hygiene reasons. If however you have any issue at all with your order, please contact us and we promise to investigate and/or rectify any issue directly.
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
