Our 100% Dark Chocolate is handmade from blended cocoa beans from select plantations, chosen for their particular flavours and characteristics. It contains no dairy, no gluten, and no soya. It is 100% dark cocoa mass. 

We believe our dark chocolate is suitable for vegans. However, as it is made in the same environment as our milk chocolate, we cannot guarantee it is free from milk traces.
